- Who it is for
- Your job needs no work permit: a journalist, athlete, coach, artist, seafarer, visiting lecturer, state employee, free zone or technology park staff.
- What proves it
- A document from the organisation that shows your category, such as an accreditation or a contract.
- How long
- First permit up to 1 year, each extension up to 2 years.
- State fee
- For one year AZN 120 (20 working days) or AZN 160 (15 working days). Two years AZN 240 or 320.
- Permanent residence
- The law is not clear for this ground. Ask the Migration Service before you plan on it.
