How your reminders work
Take a residence permit that ends on 31 May. The law wants the extension filed 30 days earlier, so Sroky plans around 1 May:

Start collecting your papers: passport copy, photos, the ground for your permit.

The last day to file. This is the date Sroky counts down to.

14, 7, 3 and 1 day before
Reminders at 9:00, even with the phone locked, after a restart or in battery saver.

A final reminder, with the office and the papers to take.

A clear warning the next day, with what to do now.

The deadlines, and what missing them costs
