Article 45.1.8 · Work
- Who it is for
- Your employer got a work permit for you.
- What proves it
- The work permit your employer got for you. The employer applies, and must extend it at least 30 days before it ends.
- How long
- First permit up to 1 year, each extension up to 2 years.
- State fee
- For one year AZN 120 (20 working days) or AZN 160 (15 working days). Two years AZN 240 or 320.
- Permanent residence
- Does not count. Years on this ground do not lead to permanent residence.
