Rules and privacy

For passports that can get the electronic visa (ASAN Visa), we check your application, file it on the official portal evisa.gov.az, pay the official fee for you and send you the visa by email. For passports that need an embassy visa, we look at the case and send you a quote first.

Sroky is a private company. We are not the government and not an official agent of it. You can apply alone on evisa.gov.az and pay only the official fee.

Every price shows our fee and the official fee as separate lines:

• Standard (about 3 working days): our fee USD 39 plus the official fee USD 29, total USD 68.
• Urgent (within about 3 hours on working days): our fee USD 69 plus the official fee USD 59, total USD 128.

The official fee is set by the government and can change. If it changes before we file, we tell you before you pay any difference.

• You fill in the application in the app and send it from your own mail app as a PDF.
• We check it against your passport page and email you a payment link.
• After payment we file the application and tell you.
• We email you the visa as soon as the government issues it. The app saves it as a document with reminders.

The visa service is a real world service, so it is paid outside Google Play, through a secure payment link from our payment provider. We never see or keep your full card number.

You confirm that every detail matches your passport and that your papers (hotel, ticket, invitation or admission letter) are real. Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the visa ends. A mistake in the details you gave can lead to a refusal, which we cannot undo.

Because of sanctions rules and our payment provider's rules, we cannot take payment from anyone who lives in Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Crimea, Donetsk or Luhansk.

Holders of an Iranian or Cuban passport can use the paid service only when they live in Azerbaijan with an Azerbaijani residence card. We check every applicant's name against official sanctions lists before filing. Everyone can still use the free checker and apply alone on evisa.gov.az.

Only the government of Azerbaijan grants or refuses a visa, and it may ask for more papers or take longer than usual. We do not promise that a visa will be issued or that it will come in a set time, except as said under Refunds for urgent visas. A visa does not guarantee entry: the border officer decides at arrival.

• Before we file: you can cancel and get back everything you paid.
• Urgent visa late: if an urgent visa is not issued within its window because of us or the portal, we refund our fee of USD 69.
• Our mistake: if a refusal comes from a mistake we made, we refile at no cost or refund our fee, as you prefer.
• After filing: the official fee has been paid to the government and is never refundable. Our fee is not refundable once we have filed, except as above.
• Refusal by the government for other reasons: fees are not refunded, because the work has been done.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days to cancel a service bought online. When you ask us to file at once, you agree that we start within those 14 days, and the right to cancel ends once we have filed.

We use your application only for this visa and delete it 30 days after we send the visa. See the Privacy tab, section When you send a visa application.
