Subscriptions and refunds

In short

  • Every deadline for you stays free, for good.
  • Premium is paid through Google Play and you cancel there at any time.
  • If Premium ends, your documents stay. Only the extra features stop.

Plans

  • Free: one person, every core deadline, reminders, scan, encryption, the manual backup file and the whole Guide.
  • Premium: USD 12.99 a year, USD 1.99 a month, or USD 24.99 once for life. Adds automatic backup, the application PDF pack, earlier reminders and calendar, day counters and more.
  • Student: Premium for USD 5.99 a year with a code from your university.
  • Family: USD 24.99 a year for up to 6 people on one phone.
  • Team: USD 79.99 a year for up to 50 people, for HR teams and university offices.

Prices are in US dollars. Google Play shows the price in your currency, with any tax, before you pay.

Free trial

The yearly Premium plan comes with a 7 day free trial for new customers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, Google Play charges the yearly price. Google Play reminds you before.

Renewal and cancelling

Subscriptions renew by themselves at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel in the Google Play app: Profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Sroky. Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Google Play handles payments, so refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. Within 48 hours of a purchase you can usually ask Google directly at play.google.com. After that, write to us at Help and support in the app and we will help where we can, for example if you were charged by mistake.

Consumer law in your country may give you more rights. Nothing here takes them away.

Student codes

Universities get one code for their students. The code is for students of that university only. We may change codes each academic year and end a student plan that was opened with a code that was not yours to use.

Family and Team

Family and Team plans keep everyone on the one phone that holds the plan. Each person's data stays encrypted on that phone.

When a plan ends

Your documents, dates and reminders for yourself stay and keep working on the free plan. Premium features, such as automatic backup and extra people, stop until you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.

Price changes

If we change a price, Google Play tells you before it applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before then.

Sroky is published by a private company. Its full name, registered address and company number are shown here once the registration is complete.
