- You own property worth at least AZN 100,000, or keep that amount in a bank in Azerbaijan.
- What proves it
- The property extract, or a letter from the bank.
- How long
- First permit up to 1 year, each extension up to 2 years.
- State fee
- For one year AZN 120 (20 working days) or AZN 160 (15 working days). Two years AZN 240 or 320.
- Permanent residence
- Counts. After 2 continuous years on this ground you can apply for permanent residence.
