Article 45.1.5 · Family
- Who it is for
- Your spouse, parent or child is a foreigner with an Azerbaijani residence permit.
- What proves it
- A marriage or birth certificate, and the notarised consent of the family member who holds the permit.
- How long
- First permit up to 1 year, each extension up to 2 years.
- State fee
- For one year AZN 120 (20 working days) or AZN 160 (15 working days). Two years AZN 240 or 320.
- Permanent residence
- Counts. After 2 continuous years on this ground you can apply for permanent residence.
Good to know: Your card does not last longer than theirs.
