- Who it is for
- You run your own business here with staff on contract.
- What proves it
- Your business registration. You need at least 5 full time or 10 part time staff, at least 80 percent of them citizens.
- How long
- First permit up to 1 year, each extension up to 2 years.
- State fee
- For one year AZN 120 (20 working days) or AZN 160 (15 working days). Two years AZN 240 or 320.
- Permanent residence
- Counts. After 2 continuous years on this ground you can apply for permanent residence.
Good to know: After the first year, renewal also needs the business turnover set by the Ministry of Economy.
